Please NOTE that the SL No. 4, 5 & 6 course classes will be on Saturday and Sunday only and it’s a week course. You can choose either of one from the three.

1. Coaching class.

UILCT Institute will be conducting one month winter Coaching course for classes X & XII from 20th December 2017.Course for class XII:1. Science : Physics, Chemistry, Dzongkha, English & Mathematics2. Commerce : Business Mathematics, Accountancy, Dzongkha, Economics & English3. Arts : History, English, Dzongkha, Economics & MathematicsCourse for class X: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Dzongkha, English & EconomicsDuration: 2 hrs/day for each subject.
One Subject: Nu. 2,500/-Two Subjects: Nu. 5,000/-Three Subjects: Nu. 7,500/-Four Subjects: Nu. 8,750/-Five Subjects: Nu.11,500/-Intensive Dzo. & Eng.: Nu. 3,000/- 50% discount for one subject those who takes 4 subjects.One free subject for those who takes 5 subjects i.e 5 + 1 subject free. Course Duration: One Month / 60 hrs.Each Subject: 2 hrs per dayDaily Timing: 9 A.M – 5 P.M (This time will depend on the nos. of subjects)

Tuition class is still going on with certain numbers of students from different schools in Thimphu. This courses are always conducted during winter vacation and summer vacation.

The tuition duration and closing date of registration are given below. Carefully go through it, understand it and plan accordingly to register for your course:

  1. Tuition for 6 weeks – register on or before Dec. 14th, 2017.
  2. Tuition for 5 weeks – register on or before Dec. 21st, 2017.
  3. Tuition for 4 weeks – register on or before Dec. 28/29, 2017.
  4. Tuition for 3 weeks – register on or before Jan. 7th, 2018.
  5. Tuition for 2 weeks – register on or before Jan. 15th, 2018.
  6. Tuition for 1 week only – register on or before Jan 21st, 2018.

Note: Students who want to take tuition for 1 week or 2 weeks or 3 weeks can also register on or before November 30th, 2017.  The point here is if you wish to complete your course early than students may register as early as possible. 

2. Chinese Language Course for students, discount in Fees’.

The institute now gives Mandarin Chinese Language course for students at a discount rate. So, all the interested students from all over the Dzongkhags can apply for the course. After completion of the course the student will be giving a Chinese language course certificate.

1. One month Course: Starts from January 1st, 2018 – register on or before December 31st, 2018.

Note: Students can also take a course for two weeks however, certificate will not be giving for two weeks course.

Timing of the classes per day: There are three shifts in a day they are as follows:

  1. Morning Shift:     10:00 a.m – 12:00 p.m
  2. Afternoon Shift:   2:00 p.m – 4:00 p.m
  3. Evening Shift:       5:00 p.m – 7:00 p.m

From the above given timing the students can take either of the shifts depending on your convenience.

3.   Culture Tourist Guiding Course:

The next batch culture guiding course will be starting from December 1st 2018, it’s of 53 days course. The undergoing guide trainees will be given one month free Chinese language course or Buddhism course. It is because, “as per our detailed research in the market many guide trainees are failed in practical and to get through in it Buddhism knowledge is the must”.

For the one who want to take Chinese language course will be awarded a certificate of semi basic in Chinese language.

However, both the courses are optional and its not mandatory. Therefore, if you want to take the course than you can opt for it and vice versa.
